1. Services Provided

Barmin Hauling, LLC offers:

  • Residential and commercial junk removal

  • Construction & demolition (C&D) waste hauling

  • Storm debris and natural disaster cleanup

Note: We do not perform demolition services or remove hazardous waste (see section 6).

2. Service Areas

We are based in Lawtey, Florida, and serve surrounding areas in North Florida. Service availability may vary based on job size, location, and scheduling.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments may be made online, via phone, or by email.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

  • Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup details and notify us of any access restrictions

  • Disclose the presence of any hazardous, sharp, or oversized materials

  • Be available at the time of pickup (or give clear instructions if not)

  • Ensure materials are ready for removal unless otherwise arranged

6. Prohibited Materials

We do not accept:

  • Hazardous waste (chemicals, paint, batteries, asbestos, etc.)

  • Medical waste or biohazard materials

  • Explosives, firearms, or ammunition

  • Fuel tanks or pressurized containers unless certified empty

7. Property Access & Damage Waiver

  • You grant our crew permission to access your property for the purposes of removal.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by unavoidable contact with driveways, grass, structures, or underground utilities unless due to negligence.

8. Third-Party Contractors

In some cases, services may be fulfilled by pre-approved third-party haulers operating under our "Driver Program." All contractors are required to meet legal and safety standards. Customers will still be serviced and billed through Barmin Hauling, LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barmin Hauling, LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, landfill closures, or equipment failure

  • Disposal issues caused by customer misrepresentation

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to our website with the updated effective date.
